Event Information

• The event address is: 1329 Lakeside Drive, Harpers Ferry WV 25425. 

• Driving Instructions: Turn onto Mission Road after 2.1 Miles you will turn Left onto Lower Clubhouse Drive. Please remain on Lower Clubhouse Drive (Yellow Lined Road) approximately 1.3 Miles. Some GPS will tell you to turn onto a side road such as Berry Lane, please ignore this direction and remain on Lower Clubhouse Drive. Once you get to the stop sign turn right and follow that road until you reach the Mountain Lake Club.

• Parking at the event is $5 per vehicle. If you pre-purchased parking with your ticket the same QR code will be scanned in the parking lot. There is not a separate QR code for parking. Due to limited parking at the venue please car pool as you are able.

• Prior to arriving be sure to have your QR code (1 QR code per transaction). You can take screenshots of the QR code prior to arriving if you are worried about finding them in your email. No need to print them out.

• Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your stated ticket time. Ticket times are in 15 minute intervals, you will need to check in at the event entrance within 15 minutes of the stated ticket time.

• The event entry closes 15 minutes after the last scheduled ticket time. The lights will turn off one hour after the last scheduled ticket time.

• We will operate during rain or snow as long as it is deemed to be safe. Please check your emails and our social media if you think the weather is not safe. You can transfer your tickets to any other operating date using the "Ticket Lookup" function. 

• Due to the terrain of this event including sand, gravel, and stairs our event is not wheelchair accessible. We also highly discourage the use strollers. 

• This event requires walking including stairs, please plan to wear comfortable shoes and warm clothing.

• Tickets Changes: If you need to change you tickets to a different time or date please use the "Ticket Lookup" function. This function allows you to look up your tickets and change them automatically.
